Return Window

Customers can request return or exchange within 2 days of delivery. If Products Are Wrong/Damage Only

Eligibility

  • Product must be unused

  • Original packaging intact

  • Tags must be attached

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Damaged due to misuse

  • Size Issue
  • Color/Fabric Issue

Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchange

Exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
